Eleanor is the CSO, a former federal court clerk from Brooklyn Heights. A hard call sits in a channel for a week while every advisor gives a different good answer. Someone has to read all of it, find where they really disagree, and decide. Usually the decision keeps orbiting. Eleanor tests the question against the mission, sends each relevant advisor one tight question, and returns a single recommendation within the hour with the tradeoff and the one dissent worth hearing. The CEO decides.
